This website is about food that tastes good.  Ok, so you or someone you know can’t eat some combination of gluten, dairy, or eggs.  It stinks, boo, you don’t like it.  Do you have to resign yourself to tofu and quinoa?  You can if you want, but the idea of this blog is to make dishes that even the meat and potato guys like and that taste as close to the original as possible.  The picture is from Christmas dinner this year.  See?  It’s all normal.


This is not a health blog.  We won’t be talking about different sugars or oils or anything like that, and there will definitely be meats.  Lots of meat. When you’re cutting out 3 major items, things taste closer to normal if you leave the rest of the recipe as is.  I will be sharing recipes and tips as to how to make normalish food.  Hope you enjoy, and happy eating!
